Standard product lead time is 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day where possible. Free shipping available on all orders.
Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases made through FoodServiceGaskets.com, operated by RAC Industries, LLC.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests after this period may not be eligible.

If approved, we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Items sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be requested within 30 days, in the same condition as received, unused and uninstalled, and include proof of purchase.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom-cut gaskets, walk-in doors, cutting boards, and strip-curtain kits are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to our error. Please confirm your measurements and model/serial number at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest path is an authorized return plus a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. A standard restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, in which case we provide a prepaid label.
